EFF Surveillance Self-Defense Czech translation

The goal of this project is to translate the EFF SSD web (https://ssd.eff.org/) to Czech language.

Necessary steps:

create a Github repo with a copy of EFF SSD site - done [ https://github.com/honzakxt/effssd-cz ]
ask EFF for a Drupal database dump (text content), then we could have a site replica up and running in no time
then:
- a) extract all the text from the db and put it to the Github repository
- b) scrape the SSD site and put the text to the Github repository
setup a web server
configure Drupal
setup a continuous deployment process
