EFF Surveillance Self-Defense Czech translation

The goal of this project is to translate the EFF SSD web (https://ssd.eff.org/) to Czech language.

Necessary steps:

create a GitHub repo with a copy of EFF SSD site - done [ https://github.com/honzakxt/effssd-cz ]
ask EFF for a database dump (text content), then
- a) store the dump to the local db instance
- b) scrape the SSD site
setup a web server
configure Drupal
setup a continuous deployment process
