Imo "komercne prodavana kombucha" je prave uz jen ten vyluh
neobsahujici zadne (nebo homeopaticke minimum) kultur diky kterym by v
tom roztoku pokracovaly nejake dalsi procesy. Kdysi jsem zkousel
jestli se takovahle "kombucha z kramu" da pouzit na zapoceti kultury a
fakt ani nic :)
